WebI tried tricare west online and I couldn't change it. I tried calling tricare west and they told me my only PCM for my squadron is the one I have. They recommended I call my med squadron and explain to them the situation and hope they let me switch it. He blew off my health concerns I've been having and acted like I was full of it. Our PCM originally referred her to a crappy doctor who acted like an ass.
