The pizza's crust is parbaked in a conveyor oven lined with ceramic tiles. The crust is then topped with sauce, meat, vegetables, and cheese in a different Schwan's facility. WebI picked the spinach/mushroom Freschetta Brick Oven Pizza because it looked so good on the package. I throughly enjoyed it even though it's not usually our choice of toppings (pepperoni-lovers). It did not have too many mushroom or garlic but just the right amount, especially for kids.
